This page describes our practices for this website in plain language. It is general information, not legal advice.

- We do not set cookies on this site, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and operations.
- Web fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details.
- If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to We Build Cool Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and to the website at yearntoplay.com. It does not apply to mobile applications we build for clients — those apps are operated by their owners and have their own privacy policies. See Client projects and apps below.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
If you email us — for example, using the address on our homepage — we receive whatever you choose to include: typically your name, email address, company, and details about the project you have in mind. Please don't send confidential or sensitive information before we have an agreement in place.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when your browser requests a page. This typically includes your IP address, the page or file requested, the date and time, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string. This information is used to operate and secure the site — for example, to serve content, diagnose errors, and mitigate abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, precise location, biometric data, or health information through this website. We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.
5. How we use information

Server logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a limited period under that provider's standard retention practices. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS for all traffic to this site, reputable providers for hosting and email, and limiting access to correspondence to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your privacy rights

- Delete personal information we hold about you.

We may need to verify your identity — usually by confirming you control the email address associated with the information — before we act. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
11. U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described in section 10. In addition, for the twelve months preceding the date of this policy:
- We collected the categories of information described in section 3 — identifiers such as name, email address, and IP address, and internet or network activity such as page requests.
- We collected it from you directly and automatically through your interaction with our site.
- We used and disclosed it for the business purposes described in sections 5 and 7.
- We did not sell personal information and did not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not act on opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for that purpose — there is nothing to opt out of.
12. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses — for transfers of personal data out of the EEA or UK.
13. Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
14. Client projects and apps
When we build a mobile app for a client, we generally act as a service provider or processor on that client's behalf, handling their data only as their agreement with us directs. Any information collected inside a client's app is governed by that client's privacy policy, not this one. Please review the policy published for the specific app you are using.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will make that clear on this page. Please review it periodically.
